Handhelds in Jurassic Park?

Just caught the rerun last night - anyone know what handhelds are used in the scene when Laura Dern travels to the bunker to restore the power? They look kinda neat. Not sure if they are the real deal or if they're props.

She did grab them from a whole row that looked like they were being charged.

There was thread on these radios on Batlabs I think. They appeared to be prop Motorola Sabers that were painted white with a flashing LED.
