Very new to scanning

I am totally new at this but so far I'm hooked.just ask my wife.Anyway,my scanner BC95XLT came with about 20 channels pre programmed(which I paid them to do).Iknow what most of them are linked to but how do I find out who the rest are. In other words,is there like a reverse look-up where I plug in the freq and it tells me who it is/ I am in Loudon County,TN. Thanks

The FCC Database is your "Reverse Lookup"
