Scanner advise

Hi everyone..... I would like to purchase a scanner that can listen to military air 190 MHz up to 395 MHz . The scanners i have can not get those frequencies. I been eying up the Uniden Bct 15 but i would still like some expert advise. I dont need or want a digital capable scanner, to much money. What does everyone think ?

I read the Wiki but arent they older scanners ? I figured the Bct 15 was the newest .Thats why i was thinking about it.

Yes, there are numerous older models listed there, and the newer ones too. I understand the BCT15 is quite good on milair, and certainly not as expensive as say it's digital brother the BCD996.
