help programming pro-96

I just picked up a new pro-96 scanner and I am trying to program it for the danville indiana area does anyone now how. I am so far lost

Go to www.starrsoft.com and download Win96 a program to program the 96, you will need a two-way cable to connect to the radio and computer. The software is not free but Don Starr gives you 30 days to try so you can see if it is for you. RS should have thr cable.
