Ncshp Viper System Help

Hi , could anyone help me with the Viper system for SHP in MECKELENBURG & Gaston counties.
I have imported the file from RR yet do I need to enter the low and hi band simulcast frequencies as well to recieve both sides of the conversation , or is it incorporated in the 800 system? I seem to be getting only dispatch and not the Troopers.
