even though the frequencys are the same and the tone are the same but the alpha tag id diffrent wouldnt they stillk be the same transmission on both this is in wilson county tennessee

As long as the info is correct, and they are both transmitting on the repeater output with the sam etone, you should pick them up either way.

Just a thought, but it's possible they have two different towers that the users select to transmit to. They could be using a different PL tone for each one (that's not listed) and the repeater output is the same PL for either channel.

As an example, say the west end of the county tower would be CH1 and the east end would be CH2.
