quick question.. IL has interoperbility freq. They have freqs in the 100's 400's and 800's which on will be the best to program for range?

If I were you, I would program all of the interop frequencies because any one of them may be used if a company is responding as mutual aid in a nearby county(depending on the other counties radio equipment).

Create a separate bank for all INTEROP. frequencies.
