Do they actually work? Seems like a lot of $$$$ if it doesn't really work.. I seen Monty's You Tube video demo of this product looks cool if it works... Any one TOFTT yet?

Yes, they work. I have a friend in casino surveillance and they have one in their camera room to detect any wireless video signals in the building. Super Circuits is also a top notch company. I have been buying from them since 1995.

Yes i have delt with Super Circuts over the last 10 years as well and they are excellent people. Just wondered if they work, mind you SC gives you a no question asked MBG.. So its a win win deal.. Guess i will order one....

Since you have $500 to blow just on a whim, surely you have another $500 to purchase one for me as well ..

It looks like they don't receive below 900 MHz.

Yes but most wireless cameras are either 900mhz or 2.4ghz mind you i see on Super Circuits site they have them as well in the 5 ghz range... Its just something to play with... Its about the same cost as a 996 in my eyes.. Going to think about it for a few days and see if others on here have used or played with one and see what their thoughts on the unit is.. I see a ton of them on eBay but i don't have alot of faith in eBay sellers...

I'm still learning here.. but would not an Icom R3 do the same thing, with so many other options? If the R3 does this, which I was under the impression it did, not only would it have other scanning functions, but it would also be cheaper.

I guess the real question, if you could do it over again would you buy it again? Where did you get yours from and how much? I have seen them around from $600 down to $379
