Help!!!!!!!!!!!

For Christmas i received a PRO-97 scanner its my first scanner and i love it but im having some problems....the county i live in (Loudoun, Virginia) is using a trunking system i know how to access the the system and listen to the trunking if it is a Analog talkgroup but my whole county is a Digital talk group and when it scans and brings up a talkgroup its just a bunch of noise. So i was wondering if there is a way to switch the scanner mode so is can decode the digital talk group?

(the only reason i know that i did the trunking right was be cause the county above mine is still completely Analog Talk groups and i can pick up all the Sheriffs channels and fire and rescue)

The PRO-97 cannot receive the digital talkgroups, and there is no such option on the scanner. You need one of the digital trunktrackers to copy them. They are listed here

Loudoun County, I believe still simulcasts on 46.38 FM. That may be why you can hear them.
