Saw this link in another thread and under the extremly limited list of specs is the category
"Other" where you see a speech descrambler. What is that ?

Also it claims Cellular blocked in US. Does this indicate that

A It is legal to listen to cell frequencies in Sweden ?
B If one were purchased in Sweden and brought home it would recieve cell freq ?

Speech descrambler is most likely a simple voice inversion unit.
Don't know if it's legal in Sweeden or not to monitor, it's just not blocked.
Listening to scrambled and cell is illegal in the US.
It would pick up 800MHz analog cell frequencies, not a lot to listen to there anymore really.

Let's stick to simple answers to simple questions.

"A It is legal to listen to cell frequencies in Sweden ?"

I haven't a clue, ask the Swedish authorities.

"B If one were purchased in Sweden and brought home it would receive cell freq ?"

Again I haven't a clue as to what Swedish mobile phone frequencies are. Americans are the only ones who call them cell phones. It's all probably a moot point anyway, they're made in Japan. Where did you come up with Sweden anyway?

"where you see a speech descrambler."

You don't and the word is unscrambler.

"What is that?"

Obsolete and extremely little used technology.
