Check the FTO thread in the Uniden section, it explains how you can do it yourself. I'm not sure a YouTube video would have good enough quality.

Which pair do you want decoded? Or do you need all of the pairs?

I'm not at home now but I can try when I get back if no one has done it yet.

I don't have very much faith in these since the youtube quality is low...

1983.4
870.2

1983.6
1667.3

1983.6
1281.6

599.9
1667.3

Is this Torrington, Connecticut? If so, give me the frequency with PL you're monitoring and I'll see if I'm close enough in Wethersfield to pick up the actual transmission. That would yield better results. Recordings can be off by quite a bit.

Yeah. It's also a PL to the frequency given above, like was asked for by andy404ns.

Well, maybe its not, because I don't know what a "federa" frequency is. It looks suspiciously like federal.

I doubt it would make much of a difference. I tried one of my recordings to see how it did and it was off by about 8. I'll monitor that frequency and see what I can hear. Can't promise anything though and I'll be at work for the next three days during your noon test.

Huh?

Some video posts allow for High Quality or Low Quality. The one that is posted in message Number 1 of this thread allows for both qualities.

I mean that YouTube videos might not have good enough quality to decode. And I recommended the FTO thread in the Uniden forum because that's where the info is on decoding these yourself with free software.

I use Audacity to decode tones. It seems to be closer than anything else I have used.

I doubt that was it.
