Ok, yeah that one was on ebay, and it works great on Vista.

I will give it a shot on Vista 64, but it won't be until the weekend at least. I would guess that it would work just fine, seeing how FTDI is in the hardware compatibility list for both versions of Vista. But we all know how Microsoft works, its a crap shoot as to whether or not it will work. I took a chance and it works great on Vista 32 bit.

I know this won't help the initial person who started this because they have a 64bit system, but http://catalog.belkin.com/IWCatProdu...duct_Id=459431 is a very very good adapter and they have a link to the item's product support page that has the drivers available for download, including drivers for 32bit Vista....Here is that link..........http://www.belkin.com/support/articl...id=5368&scid=1

Like I said this is a very good and reliable adapter that I have used since I got the new laptop and the new home PC that both runs on the 32bit system. Good luck.

Chris
