Scanner Frequencies

How can I get frequencies to program into my scanner. I'm in Kannapolis n.c and want the police and fire freq? email rich370169@yahoo.com

The easiest way will require a little "prep" work by purchasing some programming software and also a premium membership here at RR that will work in conjuntion with the software. The other alternative is to program by hand.

BTW, what scanner model do you have? This will determine the software package to be recommended.
