SWL Winter Fest 396 UASD files

Hello,

Here is a file for the other scanner listeners with BCD396Ts attending the Winter SWL Fest in Kulpsville, PA. It has the systems files for Willow Grove NAS, Philly Airport (and other Air stuff), Bucks Co Trunked, Montgomery Trunked, Montgomery Conventional (i.e. the thousands of PS frequencies ), and SEPTA.

This is a draft file I created from information on this site and other sources like Airnav. Not all the PL/DCS data is there and I am sure there are typos. I do not live in the area so it will be tested at the Fest.
