Unit Designator Question
I was wondering if anyone would know how I could find out the following information, short of calling the local PD.
I am in Huntsville, Alabama and monitor HPD. They have unit designators that I am unfamiliar with. I am aware that Alpha is north Patrol, Baker is south patrol and Charlie is west patrol. I would like to know what the remaining designators are.
They are:
Cardinal – (Crime scene I think)
Delta
John
Paul - (I believe this is an investigator)
Nova
Lincoln
Henry
They have designators just like the patrol units, i.e. Delta 4 or Lincoln 4. The database on this site does not provide this information.
