Does anyone have the frequencies used by the Collin Creek Mall in Plano, Texas? and any other big business in the area?

Did you try looking in the database for Collin County?
Its right there on the first page.

The list only has 2...I believe Collin Creek Mall has four 3 or 4 channels

that actually would only be 2ch, one freq for the rpt out and one freq for rpt in

464.xxxx repeater out
469.xxxx repeater input

Perhaps more 464. X875 mHz freq's
e.g.(464.1875 to 464.9875)

You could have 6. The 464.*875 & 469.*875 could also be used in simplex mode, in addition to repeaters on the 464.*875/469.*875 repeaters.
