Check out the Morse Code readers at http://www.mfjenterprises.com
You can also do it with your PC sound card and software, can't find any links for that right now.

Try Hamscope. It will decode most of the Digital modes. I have used it with good sucess in the past, and best of all its Free! all you need to do is pipe the sound out of your radio and into the computer line in jack.

Just learning morse won't help in figuring out the FCC Station ID Codes that he is trying to figure out.. unless he plays it back reallyyy slow untill hes real good.. his question was answered by the first two posters...

If he's trying to learn morse for HAM ops, then it will still take time to learn to do an ID that fast... Hard to keep up with a lot of the computer programmed flash ID's.
