Atlanta Police Zone 1 now simulcast Atlanta Digital

The digital talkgroup is 19759, carrying analog simulcast of Zone 1 (West), sounds awful. Things are moving fast lately on the Atlanta Digital System. No digital radios on this channel yet, just the analog feed.

CC is 857.7875 today, use 857.4875 and 857.4625 as alternates.
