A lot goin' on for a hot Sunday

Grass fire caused by a fallen power line in Watkinsville, may also be blamed for malfuntioning traffic lights. A police officer aids birthing a baby on the side of the road, sounded like on loop 10, due to traffic noise. Break-in in progress in Athens, man hunt on the go again in Spring Valley MHP. Must be the same guy again, according to police and dispatcher.
