Default Identified: Marietta Police Channel 3 active now (rarely used)!

This one hasn't been published before, tg 19703 Marietta Ch 3 (being used for Square Fireworks operations right now)...rare Casey

Confirm 19703? That doesn't match up with anything else in the AUASI / Cobb Digital system. All previously known talkgroups are in the 3xxxx range.
