there are reasons why they did not co-locate, for one, Cobb doesn't want to fork over $2800 a month to Crown or ATC for space, and moreover co-locating on a site with 800MHz cellular and iDEN base stations present means lots of headaches from interference (which is why a site was never placed on Sweat Mountain itself even though in the original 1992 RFP for the first system it was supposed to be a prime site.)
