The about quote is from another part of this website, Does this mean that you can hear Fire dispatch on a VHF radio? I have not tried to listen in yet. Or is this somekinda of mutual aid link? Thanks

Nope. Hall hasn't been on vhf for a loooonnnnggg time Fire just became unencrypted on their P-25 digital trunked system recently. You need a P-25 capable scanner to monitor. Forsyth is the only county in the area that uses the old VHF for fire dispatches.
