interesting to see this will bridge P25, conventional and OpenSky systems...isn't Henry County OpenSky?

Henry is EDACS -- With ProVoice.
Spalding is a P25 / OpenSky system.
Newton is just OpenSky.

A better question, seeing as that it's Harris we're talking about, is "can it be heard on a radio on its own system?"
