Nope, all LE talkgroups on the system use ADP encryption, and Hall county makes it very clear they do NOT want anyone listening nor do they allow "outside" radios on the system- even by mututal aid providers (been there, done that).

I love that username. Only God knows what Hall County is hiding.
It's like the cops always say on those TV shows where they chase a suspect across a field into someones garden shed... "if you haven't done anything wrong, why are you hiding?"
Encrypting radio traffic in a county that has been deemed a very low threat for any kind of homeland security threat, reeks to high heaven and really raises some eyebrows to say the least.
Way to build trust in the community, Hall County... NOT.
