OK, Finally got my scanner programmed to listen to GSP here in Cherokee County. So I have post 28 programmed in from the RR Db and I am hearing Post 3 on that channel. I am assuming they are sharing repeaters? As of yet (about 2 hours of listening) I have not heard any traffic from post 28. Any insight would be much appreciated.

*Edit - Finally heard traffic from post 28, so obviously my question has been answered

Just shooting in dark, have you tried that frequency in search mode for nac or pl? Maybe one uses different nac tone.

I guess I was editing my post when you replied, I finally heard traffic from post 28 on that channel. So it looks like post 3 and post 28 are using the same channel. Thank you for the reply!

You mind sharing the channel? I have post 3 programmed but not getting anything. Trying to troubleshoot if it is the wrong channel or other issues. Thanks!

Troop E Post 8 and Post 17 have the same frequency and NAC Code listed in the RR Database. 155.1375 NAC 135. I hear the troopers calling for both Madison and Washington dispatchers on there. There's a tower with dipole antennas at the Post 8 station in Madison, but it's not being used to transmit as far as I have been able to tell. On the license WQVR380, it says the repeater is located in Greene County "Woodville" so I'm guessing that is for Post 17. Does anyone know if Post 8 is using the same repeater that Post 17 is in Greene County or am I missing something here? Maybe the tower at Post 8 is being used as a remote receiver?

Does anyone know what GA DPS Helicopter frequency they use around Macon? I have the DPS Macon frequencies programmed in my radio and don't hear them when they are flying around.
