SEGARRN 4.1 Smartzone to be shutdown

It is the intent of the City of Savannah & Chatham County to shut down our 800 MHz Smartzone system 6030 at the end of this year. Of course the 7/800 MHz P25 system will continue to operate on 18 channels. We hope to add 4 more channels next year dedicated to data for location services within the county.

Thanks for the info, I've been anticipating that move for quite awhile and am somewhat surprised it's still up!
