They seem to be using an encryption scheme. Does anyone know what type encryption is used with DMR and what scanner will open the encryption?

If in fact they are using encryption there is no scanner on the market anywhere that will open encryption. That's the reason they use it as to keep anyone from listening to them in the first place. Alot of agencies are moving to encryption when upgrading to digital from analog and have put their communities in the dark. It's a sad situation.
