gre psr 600 question

be patient, trying to find my way. I have programmed all the freq. for arlington county ( police and fire ) 856-867. 675 system set to motor 800/900 i get alot of the frequencies but i dont seem to get some of the digital frequencies, my radio shack pro 2096 picks up all the frequencies, but cant figure out what i did wrong with my gre psr 600 any ideas as to what i did wrong. ( thanks folks ) thats Arlington county, virginia.
