Default PSR 500 -Number of hits for a frequency

Does the PSR 500 give the number of hits, a frequency receives-gets? I have an older uniden scanner that does that. It would let you know, if a certain frequency is active or (how active the frequency is).

I have not purchased the PSR 500 yet, but will soon!

As long as you turn the Hit-Count option on, yes it will.
