Default PSR-500 CPU firmware upgrade question

My 500 currently has uP Boot Ver:1.1. Do I use the F10_F11_U17 or the F14_U17.exe I'm guessing the F10_F11_U17 but want to make sure.

Latest is
uP Appl Ver:U1.7
DSP App Ver:U1.3
DSP Voc Ver:F1.0

I currently have the following

uP Appl Ver:U1.6
DSP App Ver:U1.3
DSP Voc Ver:F1.0

But back to the initial question. I am not clear on which CPU patch file to use

My 500 currently has uP Boot Ver:1.1. Do I use the F10_F11_U17 or the F14_U17.exe to bring it to 1.7 I'm guessing the F10_F11_U17 but want to make sure.

Instructions state if you have 1.0 to use F10_11_17.exe and if you have 1.3 to use F14_U17.exe

Use F14. In ether case the installation states no harm to the scanner.

Well i tried the suggested one and for some odd reason it didn't see the connection during the update process, test was fine. Came back with a no data from the scanner . Please try from step 4 and scanner went back into scan mode. So I tried the other file and all is well and updated.
