how do change the name in the v folder operation

I believe the only way is to download the information (working memory or V-Scanner folder) to a program like Win500, then rename the file via your computer and finally upload the information back into a V-Scanner folder.

Basically, the name of the V-Scanner folder is the name of the .p500 file associated with that folder.

You can do it using just the scanner:

Load the one you want to change, then immediately (ie before locking anything out etc) save it to the same location. You'll be given chance to choose the save name then.
