Default GRE PSR-600 & ARC500 Software

I could use some help. I just purchased the radio and software. Signed on to RadioRef premium. Selected a bunch of stuff to upload to radio, both trunked and conventional. The upload appears to work, but when I check the radio I can't find the new stuff. What am I doing wrong? The directions aren't as clear as they could be. Should the radio be on or off? Should it be in manual or program mode during the upload? I checked the scan list but the only things there are what I entered manually. Any assistance would be appreciated.

I think I may have solved my own problem. I believe I had the wrong COM port selected.

Hey, I just wanted to add something here concerning GRE software and others. If you already have ANY gre software, you do NOT have to pay to keep getting updates.

That is something lindsey was telling you guys but you blew it up.

All new OOP scanners will continue to be provided with an SD card that will be updated for FREE after Broadcastify comes online.
