Default PSR-800 Can't get Baltimore City HELP!

For about the last 2 weeks I can't pick up Baltimore City Police. Even after upgrading software. What did I do wrong? I've tried to download upgraded software more than once. And still no Baltimore. What am I missing? Can someone Please help me.

You downloaded the library but did you update your programming? BCity rebanded (changed frequencies) recently. Make sure you are using the new frequencies.

but did you update your programming.... just downloading the library helps for the NEXT thing you import to listen to not the programming you already have.

I did everything and no Baltimore City. So I reloaded everything again (and I was updating library). And after doing everything 4 times it now works. I don't have a clue as to way it would not work before. But I would like to thank everyone for their help.

Smile Digital Burp

These things are microprocessor controlled so sometimes it gets a digital burp,to fix that just reload from scratch this usually fixes a not working or erratic scanner.Glad you got it working ! Kudos!
