Default psr wont update

was trying to update 800 with cpu and dsp update beta updates the dsp went fine but when I try cpu error comes up that it is not receiving info from scanner and I'm missing a process

DSP is easier and more straight forward than the CPU. For the CPU, you need to make sure and follow the directions very closely...

Here's what I do:
Plug the USB into the PC.
With the radio off, press and hold the MENU button.
Insert the connector into the side of the radio

The radio should display version info and saying something like "waiting for USB..."

Start EZ Scan and do the CPU update.

Did that but when i try to load file from gre it says no data from scanner

I've actually seen something like this before - I usually try a different USB port .. and if that doesn't work I then reboot and it starts working... May not work for you but that's what I do.
