GRE not answering phone

They did charge my credit card over a week ago and sent no tracking number or package. I have never seen UPS so slow. Is this semi-normal?

I had to leave my number and they called me back the next day

You realize it's the holiday season, right? One of the busiest shipping times of the year, worldwide?

I guess I am one of "those" guys. I did get thru and everything seems ok. Holidays or not I have never seen UPS take 1 1/2 weeks. My last UPS took 3 days and before that, less than 24 hours, on same shipping plan. No tracking or e-mails led to uncertainty. The waiting is minor. Anyways apology's to all and GRE

I think I'd order GRE products for now from suppliers who have what you want in stock. I bought my last 800 from eBay.

No need to apologize Brother, I am the same way, if my stuff isnt here, Im calling everyone. I cant blame you, I would want my scanner in my hands, until then I would be checking the UPS tracking and watching it at least a few times a day

And I received my battery holder at 6 tonight. I clicked 2 units, when ordering, and It changed to 1 with a pop up box that said I am at the limit (1)

Not a problem, Oh it was small, well thats not to bad, like waiting for a scanner

But I still would be checking like 3 times a day, even if it was small, Im just wierd like that though I guess
