Default PSR-600 Removing frequencies from trunked system

I looked for this answer in both "Easier to use manual" as well as here in older posts. Since I couldn't find it, maybe someone can help. I set up a P-25 system with 4 frequencies. Later I added 12 more frequencies (the agency has two sites). I have come to realize I am way out of range for the additional frequencies. Originally I used software to set up the system and the 4 frequencies. The computer is on the Fritz so I would like to remove the 12 unused frequencies manually. How do I do this?
