EZScan/PSR800 Can Limit Search be done thru Software?

Ive been racking my head trying to find a screen to set up a limit search with this Dang radio..
I used to Love it but since ive gone UNIDEN Im falling out of love quickly..

IS there a way to program LimitSearch via the EZScan software?

Man,,Im like This Close (--) to selling this radio...And getting another UNI...

Wow..24hrs,149views,Zero response,Im going to take it to mean its a No-Go...
Not bad mouthing about no responses,but just bummed that its not possible..

Ive googled,searched RR..Looks like unless whistler releases a software update
to EZScan this puppy is hitting craigslist.

At this point Id even pay for 3rd party software to give some better options as far
as import/export..computer control...being able to paste AND cut...Cummon mrStar..
gRE out of biz means you could make and release some freeware with a nice Donate
button on the page..avg. donation of 29.99 or 39.99....Im just saying...LOL..

In the radio... Yes

Via software... Not that I know of

I really like the radio, primarily for its recording and signal stalker capability which I think is better than the 436HP.

Limit Search

It's fairly easy from the radio
Menu
Search
Limit Search
Hit menu once in limit search it will bring you to the Lo and Hi range
Arroe up to Lo
Select
Arrow up or down to tune each digit
Select when finished
Arrow to Hi
Do the same as above

Hit Menu
Save Changes?
Hit Yes to save


Then you'll have to select search again and limit search but once you do you'll be searching your limit

I've never found that option in the software. Like Detroit780 said it can be done from the scanner but I haven't seen that option in the software.
