PSR-500 & Win96 - won't upload?

Ok, we were off the FD for a while, so I wasn't using my PSR-500 since before the re-banding.

When I got it back up & running today it was blank - back to factory settings (not sure if I did something before packing it away before, but whatever...)

I read around on the forums here & found one that said that I could use Win96 with a premium subscription to re-program my PSR-500.

Downloaded Win96, was able to log into it and get it to recognize the talkgroups I wanted (downloading from RR), and I can see the rebanding information stored in Win96 with my talkgroups, etc., and it SAYS it is uploading them to the scanner, AND the lights are working on the connector cable (and I was able to update the firmware, so I know the cable is working), BUT nothing changes on the scanner.

I feel like I am missing a step. Any ideas would be appreciated!

You're using the wrong program. Win500 is what you need.

As stated by Vagrant you need to use Win500 or PSREdit or ARC500 to program the PSR500. Those programs will fix the rebanding automatically for you.
