Psr-700 going silent

I am having an issue with my PSR-700 when trunking. It will be be working fine and then all of the sudden I stop getting traffic. It looks like its scanning but it doesn't stop on any channels. If I restart the scan it starts picking up traffic again.Sometimes it will work fine all night and then sometimes it will go silent about every 10-15 mins.

Anyone else experienced this? Or have any ideas what could be happening?

Its like it looses the control channel and doesnt sync up again until I restart the scan.

114 views and no input? Guess its not a common issue.

Sounds like you have multiple sites programmed and the scanner is moving on to an "inactive" site, possibly because the scanner loses the control channel on the "active" site.

It apears to be something with the talk groups. I setup another scanlist with just a single agency (police) and the problem seems to be gone. Like the other poster said, I think it was stopping on an inactive site.

I will update if I find out anymore info.
