thinking about getting ws1080

I own the hp1 and it does not pick up that well in my area the pd/fire bought a st2 antenna hope that helps it. now what's the big difference between the a ws1080 and hp1 I know one a base and one not. just wondering if the ws1080 will pick up better. thanks jeff

that is the way p25 audio sounds bad i have the uniden radio and ws1080 both sound bad

its not the sound with the hp1 its just not picking up that good my area is p25 phase 1

You should ask your question in the EBRCS question thread. I'm sure you will get better answers by folks who have a WS1080 and listen to EBRCS.
