PSR500/PSR600: GRE PSR 600 parts needed

I need some help. I need a part (volume/squelch control) for my scanner. It fell off shelve and it broke off. I have attempted to contact the 3rd party vendor several times with no answer. If anyone has a old broken scanner that i can get one off of, it would be appreciated. Or any suggestions
