PSR-800: No Digital but Analog OK

I updated the library using the included GRE EZ Scan CD and can no longer receive Digital transmissions. The analog works fine. I can see the digital groups on the objects but no digital comms get decoded. I have tried changing the DSP level on the settings from 64 to 128 with no success. I live in Fairfax County Va and can receive the analog trunked channels form the Fairfax Services OK but no the digital. Does anyone have any answers. Thanks.

DId you have the unofficial upgrade installed?

With that you still cannot install any firmware above 3.8 or this is what happens.
