I under stand that the O.C law Is encrypted, But under the county wide. the RED channel is not encrypted and shows Digital. would a 396T pick this up ? anyone tty this ?

The Red is in the clear, not encrypted. My 396 receives it perfectly.

Thanks Mick just bought the 396, In the pass before O.C Law went Digital I listen 24/7 to the Red channel and today I was viewing RR Data base and noticed it was not encrypted ? to my surprise
