Can some provide me with information for Brea Ca if it is an unencrypted system? What radio seems to monitor it with less problems if not encrypted.

The PD is on the OC system so it is encrypted. Fire is by Los Angeles County Fire.

As far as the radios go, I am partial to Uniden. I have a 396T and a 996 and they do very well on analog, butter now on digital after the last firmware update.
