Does anybody know the freq of LAPD swat?
During their normal "shake, rattle, and roll" crime-suppression patrol activity, they use the standard Metro Div frequencies of 506.8375, 484.5875, and occasionally the 507.225 "enhanced/fallback" frequency. SWAT is Metro's "D" Platoon, so you can pick out which are the SWAT units by the "David" suffix in their unit numbers, such as "R44-David," "R30-David," etc. Metro's "B" and "C" platoons also do crime suppression patrol, but are not SWAT officers. Check out http://lapdonline.org/search_results/content_basic_view/6360

You won't hear their tactical communications during raids, high-risk warrant services, and barricade situations though, as they use encrypted simplex comms, often on a variety of LAPD and non-LAPD (including non-standard and unlicensed) frequencies as allowed under 47 CFR 90.20.
