Default Identifying unknonw trunking system

I stumbled across a frequency carrying trunked audio on 856.2125 in the Los Angeles area today. I can't identify the source and I'm not sure how to go about figuring out what the rest of the frequencies in the system are. My Uniden decodes a P25 voice system with a NAC of 3F3 and sometimes flashing LNK on the screen. Once in a while the channel is encrypted but it frequently does have unencrypted audio.

Has anyone heard this and know what system it belongs to? The database here doesn't seem to have that frequency listed (at least not that I could find). How would I figure out the rest of the system?

It's the Orange County system. The Countywide site to specific.
Scanner Frequencies: Orange, County of (CCCS - Public Safety) Trunking System, Orange County, California

Ah, thank you. That explains why I couldn't find it. I was searching around the Los Angeles section. I'm in Pasadena so I didn't expect something from that far south especially with only a whip antenna.
