Hesperia/ San Bernardino Animal Control

Hello, I will be visiting family in Hesperia fora week. Does anybody have info. or frequencies for the Hesperia Animal Control or San Bernardino Animal Control?

Thanks, is there any chance that I'll be able to hear any of the L.A. frequencies over there? I mean is Hesperia to far out of radio range for the LA County EDACS system?

I just tried to see if I could hear any of the control channels listed at Los Angeles, County of (CWIRS - Municipal Services) Trunking System, Various, California - Scanner Frequencies . No go at my location near I-15 / Palmdale Rd.

I would think you should be able to hear Los Angeles County Sheriff's and Fire. I monitor them from Wrightwood very easily which is in the mountains, but only about 10 to 15 miles from Hesperia as the crow flies. I believe the County repeaters are on Frost Peak which is "line of sight" from Hesperia.

You should hear LASO and LACO FD in a mobile with a decent antenna. I used to copy both as far east as the west end of Lucerne valley. I'm not sure about CWIRS. You should receive L.A. CHP Antelope area.
