Need help with San Bernardino system 10

is anyone having a difficult time monerting system 10?
My scanner (uniden 346xt) says the control ch is 860.2625 but the TGID that I have won't work or show up
but when I go and scan the givin chs in system 10 (800mgz) I could hear officers talking does anyone else have this problem?

i belive that system 10 is a SPLINTER system make sure u have it set to splinter and that should work
