Hello all,

I'm trying to clean up the Los Angeles DB with old depreciated and unlicensed frequencies. I note Culver City has a host of frequencies listed that they are not licensed on currently.

I was wondering if any members have heard recent activity on, or can confirm the existence still of the below channels.
I suspect once the ICIS move happened a few years back many of these were dropped and licenses(if any) were cancelled.

453.2625 - PD tac-10
484.2125 - PD Tac 11
453.3625 - Fire Tac 10
487.2375 - Fireground
453.1625 - Local Govt 12
453.4625 - Local Govt simplex

Appreciate any insight members can provide.

Is Culver City Frequencies Digital/encrypted?

Is Culver City's police/fire frequencies now encrypted and digital? I used to listen to them on 482.1625 on a analog scanner, and now there is no more. What do I have to get to listen to them again? Thanks

Yes with the recent system upgrade the Police/Fire TGs are now digital. Appears however that public works, and Culver City bus lines TG remain analog.

You'll need to acquire a digital trunking capable scanner.
