LA-RICS Award?

I was checking the LA-RICS website and came across a March 22, 2011 JPA Agenda that the board was discussing negotiations with a vendor. Does any one know if LA-RICS has been awarded? And did anyone attend the meeting? I haven't seen the minutes from the meeting, but would like to know what was discussed.

Previous meeting minutes have indicated that the selected vendor will not be revealed to the public until after negotiations are complete. Any discussion with the board regarding which specific vendors' proposal was rejected or selected and who entered negotiations would likely occur in closed meetings if they are allowed to occur at all.
I think we can rest assured that once the vendor selection is revealed to the public it will be pretty big news, at least in the public-safety radio community.

Think Raytheon is in good position in LA-RICS. The company is putting up job posting for a contract manager.
